Anybody already got this on his electric cat? My car insists on Software up to date at the moment 🥴
Any major changes or improvments?

Re: Meeting with JLR at Fully Charged Live

Another fun one. This seems to be Volvo On Call.... yes, there is also still a bit more of Volvo in your jag ;) (was there not something that the origins of the ipace lied with volvo?) tops.prod-row.jlrmotor.com = 170.102.194.17 => VOLVO :) https://whois.ipip.net/AS209236#domain shows that the same...

Re: Meeting with JLR at Fully Charged Live

Why makes you say the car runs Android "on the modem"? Because it is, see the CCC talk from Harald Welte that I linked: the MSM9615 runs using Android, and an ancient one at that. But it seems there are two android systems at minimum: - the Modem (MSM9615) - InControl is wrapped around some way aro...

Re: Google Pixel 5 won't connect to Android Auto

I assume you're running Android 11 on the 3 XL as well? I suspect there might be an issue with your Pixel 5. It's not necessarily faulty but it might be a bug in the Bluetooth or USB stack somewhere. If possible, try it with a nother Pixel 5. If it still doesn't work, report the issue to Google's A...

Re: Meeting with JLR at Fully Charged Live

Hmm, I've seen similar pictures before but not this one exactly. Cool that they apparently have InControl running in a VM.

Re: WattCat - InControl remote app for Android

Yes, sorry. I didn't notice that button that says Start, and shows you a typical start button sign, and circled in red. Ill delete the Jaguar remote app. Pro-tip: if you put the WattCat app on your home screen, you can tap and long press to get a list of shortcuts, one of them being preconditioning...

Re: WattCat - InControl remote app for Android

Version 1.5.15 is hopefully coming tonight. Plenty of new features, improvements and bug fixes are included. :) I'm checking the italian translation now that I can see it in the app context. If I have some adjustments to make do I work as usual in Transifex ? Do I need to notify you if I change any...
