Re: Big leak on passenger side

Well I hope to stay objective and not become a moron who thinks every bit of bad press is some sort of fake news scam.

Re: Big leak on passenger side

Yeah, I'll miss the 360 camera on the I-Pace, though I don't really use the front one on its own and the 360 one comes up pretty tiny, so I only really use it for ensuring I'm straight in parking bays. The price of the Tesla is another bonus for me, as it saves me just over £100 a month. Not insigni...

Re: Big leak on passenger side

Thanks! I don't have shares in Tesla or anything like that, however, when I was torn between the two cars before, I asked for opinions on here and on the Tesla forums. You folks on here were quite level-headed and objective about your cars. Unfortunately the same can't be said about the Tesla guys, ...

Re: Big leak on passenger side

Thanks guys. FWIW, from my test drive of the Tesla all the quality issues seem way overblown. Nothing was hanging off the car and everything worked as it should. Panel gaps were all acceptable too, although I think that was a teething issue on earlier builds. The main things I noticed were that the ...

Re: Anderson installation nightmare

Do you guys want the contacts I have?

The software guys are very hands-on and helpful.

Jerome, the director, just ignored all my emails. Not worth wasting your time with him.

Re: Big leak on passenger side

OK, so the Tesla is ordered and the Jag is on its way back once my plate comes off. The Jag was a great car, ruined by a simple fault that Jaguar were too lazy to check before it became a big problem, then another dealership further ruined the car. TBH, I ordered the Jag just before the Tesla was av...

Re: Ouch

What a numpty. Courteous or not, what a stupid way to drive. Hopefully he now realises that other people exist and might find themselves on the other side of the bridge and stop driving like an utter bellend. Likelihood is, that's why he fitted it out with all the stupid accessories. Bet it never ev...

Re: Anderson installation nightmare

Not sure, I'll have to check.

Yeah, I suggested the multiple timed charging for the same reason. Charge at cheap time then have it come on for an hour before work to warm the battery and power the internal heaters to drive the car etc.

Re: Anderson installation nightmare

Yeah, I drive past a house on the way into our estate and one person with a Leaf has some monstrosity on the wall with the cable all on show and a white handled charger cable all on the wall. The hidden cable storage was what attracted me to the Andersen. Hopefully once the new app is out the produc...
