Re: Sim card not supported...

Wow, the cellphone charges in other countries seems way cheaper than in Norway,, way, way cheaper. By EU law (sometimes you win, sometimes you lose) EU phone network providers charge the same tariffs in the whole EU. Although not in the EU, the same tariffs apply to Norway. I guess with some tricks...

My dealer has now responded quite well and is taking the car back in on Tuesday to update all the customer facing software modules
Three times Hooray! for your dealer! (I think he sneaks around at this forum)

Re: I-Pace range

I just did my most efficient trip ever - only short trip 3.6km but achieved 189wh/km. The thing that concerns me is that the WLTP range of 470km comes with efficiency of 212wh/km but then doing the math of 84.7kW usable / 212wh/km I ONLY get 399.5km range and not 470km as that would require an effi...

Re: Screens frozen

After leaving the car with them, they phoned me up about 3 hours later and told me I would have to pay for any software updates as they are not considered warranty issues? They also said that Jaguar do not update software on cars after delivery as any new softawre might introduce bugs. Didn...

Re: Roof box

I'm thinking about taking a long road trip to Prague for a hockey camp in the summer and with 4 of us in the car with hockey gear, I'd need to put a roof box on top. Fortunately on the route, there's several Ionity and Fastnet chargers. However, in order to plan, I'm wondering how much impact on ra...

I watched the latest Fully Charged episode today on Fastned chargers. Fastned said that the ipace can only currently manage 80kw charging but expect a software update to 100 kw soon. So that pretty much answer it I think.
You mean: software update of Fastned charger, not the I-Pace?

Re: I pace sold in January

Don't forget that the whole car industry is suffering. "Even tesla model 3" https://wolfstreet.com/2019/02/09/carmageddon-for-tesla-model-3-us-deliveries-plunge-55-to-60-from-q4-laid-off-delivery-employees-tell-reuters/ . In the US TESLA recently dropped the price twice . Yes in EU some people are /...

Quick Q, how do you know if you have the H159 v3 update applied? Is that referenced in the Telematics version?
Can't (or can not :?: ) tell from the infotainment system of the car, but it was stated as the "Service Number" at the dealer.
