Re: Help for a new owner!

Guys and girls, many thanks for the advice and tips given, most appreciated. Now I have the car and am getting used to it, very much like my Evoque but one step further on! I went to the Jaguar Experience the other day and decided to do a trail charge at the M5 Strensham Services. Ecotricity, I had...

It’s a shame that they are planning their new pricing structure as I used an Ionity unit in MK yesterday and charged almost from empty to full in close to 40mins, they charged their old fixed fee of £8 I was very happy.
Good rate ! Today I charged from SoC 12% to 82% in 48 minutes adding 59.5KWh

Re: Help With Maths!

I have 47 km of range left right now and have about 30 km to go to the Ionity station in Bodegraven to give it a nice full charge for still 8 Euro's :) Happy driving :D If you really want to screw Ionity for raising their prices you should go to "De Kroon" or "De Knoest" rest areas along the A27 ne...

Re: IONITY pricing, JLR to offer also a monthly plan

My dealer told today that JLR is also negotiating a MSP monthly plan with Ionity . It will be available to I-Pace owners with a Jaguar Plug surfing badge . I have no details on the timing .

Re: WattCat - InControl remote app for Android

ardevd WattCat is great, thank you. The I-Pace gives the option of displaying tyre pressure in kPa. Could kPa be added as a pressure unit option in WattCat? That should indeed be possible. I'll add it to the list for the next update :) I got H264v4 and Wattcat does not display anymore tyre pressure...

Re: IONITY pricing

I think: - It is a slap in the face for Ionity to put up their prices as they were the European endeavour of getting an EV charging network from the penalties levied against VW for diesel gate. To now increase their price point even though they are no where near the location/unit target they were s...

Re: IONITY pricing

The good: Model 3 drivers will more likely to use superchargers which are unavailable for other brand EV drivers. More likely to have a charger available. Customers will not want to charge (a long time) to 100% SoC 'since it's paid for anyway'. The bad: It's cheaper to use my wife's ICE for long tr...

Re: H264 and H270

My dealer told me that he has to download the software modules for every car since each software is attached to a VIN . The dealers with a good internet connection do it in hours , for the others the car must stay overnight I'd expect premium dealers to have a fibre connection, not a 56K modem! Ask...

Re: H264 and H270

Does the H264/270 rely on dealer internet connectivity during the update or is it 'pre-downloaded' and transferred from a hard drive to car? Any ideas how long the H264 update takes once they "plug it in"? Are we talking 1 or 2 hours? Just wondering whether to wait for car while being done or leave...

Emgf: oh please be honest!

- Total has 1 (one!) station with > 50kW
- Sodetrel is 50 on paper, but often 42. It’s (almost) always 1 charger, and they are notoriously bad: out of service for weeks, stop after 5 minutes etc
- Tesla: Tesla-only
John32 i agree with your comments
