Up at 3:00, 1.5 hour drive to the train station, 3 hours on the train, but at the end of it I got to stand in a collection room while they pulled the black silk cover off to reveal my new I-pace First Edition (and receive a few goodies at the same time)
Then a good couple of hours being shown all the features, followed by a 6.5 hour drive home, including my first charging experience, and a total blockage of the A1 southbound for good measure.
All well worth it though. I intend to give some more in depth thoughts once I've done a few "normal" days commuting in it.
Now it's all tucked up and being fed some KWh ready for tomorrow's adventure.
Would like to give a big shout out to Cameron at Lloyd Jaguar Carlisle. Great service and a true devotee to the EV revolution, and I-pace in particular.
