Does anyone know if the air suspension allow you to lower the car at your choosing or is it only lowering the car automatically when travelling above a certain speed?
Also how much can the car be lowered? I think that the wheel gap looks at bit big in some pictures.

There's a throwaway line somewhere in the middle of:

that says +50mm / -40mm (or maybe the other way round), but without saying exactly how it's controlled. Presumably there's a control (offroad mode??) that would do the +50mm eg below 10mph or some such limit. The -40mm is also supposed to be available when stopping to allow easier exit, but don't know whether that's automatic or not - again maybe there's a mode that needs to be enabled.

Have to say that I'm always a little wary of these height variations because air cars are often set up with a different default ride height to non-air. So making an exact comparison is tricky without knowing the reference heights.

My dealer told me I would be able to change the default behaviour (lowering) when stopping the car.

I don't know if you can control the height while driving, although in-direct this should be part of the different dynamic modes.

Have a look at one of my Geneva-pics. I marked the selector for lifting and lowering the chassis. But I don't know whether you can adjust it while driving.

I wondered if maybe you need "Adaptive Dynamics with Configurable Dynamics" package to make it adjustable?
I did ask this question at one of the iPace tour days on Tuesday. The answer was no - the two things are independent - the Configurable Dynamics just allows you to mix and match suspension settings, accelerator response etc and to save your choice of options. The air settings are probably one of the things you can include in this but separate from the main air controls. This was from one of the JLR specialists but I obviously can't vouch for its accuracy.

I have now looked in the owners manual from what I can understand the height can be manually adjusted up and down with the arrow button on the centre console. There are also other features for instance having the car lower itself when you stop for easier access.
