Info about your car and where you've set the times would help towards an answer.

 

2024 HSE. Set in the app. I’ve found it in the car settings but can only amend the times, not delete it completely now.

 

Cancel it in the app if that’s where you set it.

 

There is no cancel option. You can only adjust the times?

 

Have you been into preconditioning and see if you can delete it from there?

 

Have you read the note that opens if you press the exclamation mark next to ‘low cost charging’ - it would seem the timer in the app is just that but does not control - immediate, smart or low cost charging - which has to be done on the EV screen in the car. If you select low cost charging in the car you can then select the time of that low cost charge in the app. By selecting smart charge in the car I believe it overrides the app timer that only relates to low cost charging .

 

I can't walk you through Pivi Pro process but on the ICTP cars one has to delete it on the car. There is no option to delete from the app. Go through menu on the car for setting up the charging period and look for a trash can icon.

If i's any comfort, You are not going mad, I've had exactly the same frustration.

It seems that once you've specified a low-cost time period (even for experimental purposes) that you can't remove it, you can only change it. Bizzare.

I don't use Pre-conditioining at all.

The best I could manage was to set a start time of 00.00 and an end time of 23.45 in the App. I have no idea if the car pauses charging for that 15 minutes.
