What charger?

I'm using the remote app pretty much daily to remote stop the charging and I've never seen that problem. I'm running version 3.0.0 updated on 1 Sep 2025. I'm also charging via a granny charger and not a 7KW charger that could be being controlled via your Electricity supplier using a smart tariff, e.g Octopus Intelligent Go. If you are using a 7KW charger like Ohme Pro or Podpoint maybe you need to stop it via the chargers app? That's the way I used to do it, both with the Podpoint and Ohme charger's I had.

 

Ive had a few issues with the remote charger, sometimes not pausing charge or not restarting after a pause. what seems to work for me most of the time, is to remotely unlock the car, pause or restart the charge then lock the car again..... mine is an old 3.4Kw charger that was in my house that i moved into and havnt upgraded yet.
