feeling sick at the moment ...
my ipace is struggling to charge. I have had the odd intermittent charge over the last 6 months but now it's awful and I can't charge my car.
my zappi charger says charge delayed and the car is stuck on initialising.
I have tried removing all smart schedules and what not but that does not help. it puts in a few kWh and then stalls.
the thing is at our 22kw AC charging at work it seems to work ok it's only my zappi which struggles.
I have already had the car to jaguar and they claim the car is fine, and it's my chargepoint.
my energie say my zappi is fine it's a fault on my car. our i3 has twice inexplicably not charged as well but nothing like our ipace.
wattcat I noticed just set me a "12v low battery warning ". I guess my next step is replace that and if that is the issue I will be relieved. my fear is the reason my 12v is low is because of the car continually being stuck on initialising so I will be about to waste £115.
car is 3 and a bit years old. it's a MY21 car with only 1 12v battery.
the worst thing is being stuck in the middle with 2 companies (chargepoint people and jaguar) each blaming each other
if anyone can advise I would be grateful
