I have a free Maingau Einfach Strom Laden card, which charges only 0,05 euro per minute, even at fast chargers like FastNed and all Allego chargers in NL and DE. So charging 70 kW should cost about 50 minutes at a 100kW fastcharger = € 2,50 😃
That is a lot cheaper than charging at home.
Still I will have to wait for my first Maingau invoice to be certain, but i will keep you guys informed.

I live in British Columbia, western Canada, where we have a surplus of cheap hydroelectric power and a Green flavored government, which is building free chargers all over the place. Only 50KWh but still. Probably one of the best places on earth to own a BEV.

In France it will cost me around 20€ to 30€ to fill the battery on public charger and 10€ at home.

To be precise the costs in France along the motorways are the following :
- Sodetrel network : 8,6€ per hour for 50KW charger
- Ionity : 8€ per session for 100KW charger . This business model is valid for 2018. Starting in January 2019 a european law will oblige all DC chargers company to charge per minute or per KWh
