Interestingly, a slightly revised version of the bulletin was posted on June 22nd. Attached here, the only change is this part:

In line with recommendations made by manufacturers who have had similar issues and until such time as the safety recall remedy has been completed, retailers and customers should park away from structures for 30 days after the update. Where possible, vehicles should be charged outside.

They also released a new technical bulletin today related to the recall and new software: I-PACE Traction Battery Fault Detected warning message with P1B48-00 stored

Issue:
Amber warning message Traction Battery Fault Detected with DTC P1B48-00 Hybrid/EV Battery Voltage Deviation stored in the BECM. HV battery is unable to charge over 75% when this warning message and fault is stored.

Cause:
One or more internal cell faults have been identified in the HV battery pack

Action:
Do not perform any additional vehicle diagnostics. Raise a TA for for this concern.

Has anyone had an update to Pivi 4.0.0 via SOTA to implement the BECM update in H441?
I'd rather not have to bring the car to the dealer.

No update here as yet. Although I did ring my local dealer asking for more information, and his suggestion was to bring the car in for the update to be carried out by them.

Agreed. Basically trying to alleviate themselves of any responsibility if a home insurance claim is made.

Thank you for starting this discussion, I've now discovered TOPIx and by logging in as a Customer discovered my MY22 car needs this update. Booked in for the 4 August!
It also brought up the PriviPro 4 update which my car needs as it hasn't received it OTA; so that's getting sorted as well.

The dealer did the update today, took a while (they called 6 hours later) and the dashboard was reset to default. Other than that, no visible differences, the software versions are the same...

Have you noticed any reduction in the predicted range? My car was generally showing a predicted range of at least 240 miles but since the update it's reduced to about 225 miles. I can't be sure if it was a result of the software change. The reduced range also coincided with an increase in air temperature (I thought the opposite should be true).

Had mine updated for H441 today. After the update the battery version shows BS-AAE-BC-AC-BE in the car (CK-AAE-BC-AC-BE before). Telematics and infotainment version did not change.

Where do these versions show up? I’ve only seen an OS version when I got to Software Update

For Touch Pro Duo it shows up in the software update screen. For Pivi Pro I don't know.

I had mine in today to change windscreen and with that complete the checks done in Norway every 2 year related to EU requirements. They also should do the H441 but Touch Pro shows the exact same letter for unit versions. The seat memory was reset so something has been done, but could be related to the change of windscreen, so how do we check that H441 is completed ?

Topix Jaguar say the campaign is done.. Also see now that they tested the battery with good result

Actually, the range increased. Usually it would show 380-385km. After the recall, it's 407km, first time it's over 400 since new...

If anyone has paid topix access, an updated bulletin was posted today for what to do if the battery fault is detected. As per my message above, previous instructions were very vague:

Do not perform any additional vehicle diagnostics. Raise a TA for for this concern.

I suspect they'll be providing more guidance around repair steps. Bulletin SSM76024. Unfortunately I am no longer able to see it.

Recalls are legally required to be free in the US, and I would expect the same to be true in other countries.
