I was reading the US forum the other day,
and some one asked since there's been so many exterior photos around,
why hasn't anyone ever snatched a photo of the interior.

Luckily that question has been heard and answered,
someone bravely took a snatch of the I-Pace's interior,
and here it is,
(this is still a prototype, things may still change)

here's some close-up shots:

I'll say 80% of the concept's design have been preserved,
not sure about the square hazard light button between the ignition and the volume knob.
Also, I have developed a genuine hatred toward the design of the center armrest,
looks like something lifted from a ford focus,
anyway that's just nitpicking, I believe it'll be a great car overall.

I hope the loose the start button, after driving the Model S I got so accustomed to just sit down, press the brake pedal and put the car in drive and of we go!

I think the start button will stay with us a bit longer,
because it requires a different mentality to make cars like tesla do,
i.e. auto door opening when approaching, and a no need for a start button like you'd said.

The model s was announced back in 2012,
yet no traditional car maker had yet catch up or even come close.
Traditional car makers still treat electric cars as cars, but tesla treat them as smartphones,
these things might seem gimmicky right now, but it will be a norm in 10 years.
(can't same the same for the "falcon doors")

As much as I love the I-pace,
I thinks jag's playing a bit to safe, innovation-wise.

I suspect the three vintage buttons in the foam cover are for test purposes or red herrings.
The air vents look dodgy too
