Hi All,

Anyone has any news or estimates on rate of production and prospective market (demand) based on reviews and price? Austria facility's capacity could be up to 13000 ipaces per annum:

From what I read, the battery pack will be sourced from LG chem's Poland factory which has capacity of 100k EV batteries per annum :

Thanks.

It couldn`t be only 13 000 annually. Demand will be around 30-50 000 per year (50K is the Model X demand annually + 20K from Waymo). So, even in the very worst scenario, they should have planned at least the possibility to build 2000-2500 per month.

Another thing - they have a "production hell" right now and no one knows when they get out of it. People have 6-months delays right now

Here is an interesting article from a US investment advice website: "Jaguar i-Pace Outsells Tesla S And X Combined By 40% In Norway". It's written by someone who has sold Tesla shares short (so has a vested interest in showing Tesla in the worst possible light) and needs to be read with that in mind but despite all that there is an interesting analysis of the production capacity of the I-Pace and it goes some way to explain why there is such a delay for some of us in getting a car!
