Soon, within a month, but most likely within the next two weeks....
My dealer said today that theyve been informed that the update will not be available this year. Planned Jan 2020. So maybe before summer.
Actually end of January I have been told . But you are right hopefully before summer

That is good news but some of that extra range is due to more of the battery available which on long trips has no real impact on trip time.

I have my car scheduled for updates on 9th, might need to push that if update is not yet available

I don't see any issues with this proposed update. :D
Looks like good news. An optimized I-Pace could be a truly stellar car.

No mention of faster, more consistent high speed charging here...?

Don't think that is quite true: at a fast-charger, you charge faster than you can drain it while driving (assuming normal speeds of about 120 km/h).
But what is " real impact". 30 min on a 800 km trip?

No. They're still working on it.

The engineer was asked directly. "Will range still be improved after this 8% update". He said. "We are not at the limit". All in all he seemed very honest and confident when he talked about future improvements.

Btw. 11kw 3-phase. "SOON"

Also, if 11kw 3 phase charger means that it can only draw 16A for each phase, I prefer our monophase charger 32A charger. It's easier to get home higher charging rate and 7.4 vs 11 kw ac charging it's not day or night difference.
