Works out at about 3.85 mi/kWh if you want 300 miles range on a single charge.

18" Wheels = Range
22" Wheels = Style
Caesium Blue S. 18” Wheels.
250+ miles range driven in the winter.
300+ miles range driven in the summer.

Actually 3.79 mi/kWh (being a pedant - can't help myself :) ).

Your 26kWh/100 mi gave you a 304.5 mile range Chewy. Compromise on 3.8?

Using yours and SteveA's figures only give about 80kWh useable battery. Think it's been mentioned before.

My new record efficiency - 8.20kW/100km or 13.11kW/100miles.
Started at 56% SoC and arrived 100km later with 46% SoC which would mean 1,000km range :-)

No issues with your maths. Sums were never my strong point :-)

Did you start this trip at the top of Kilimanjaro???

We are on holiday in Austria at the moment. Went on a trip over Großglockner Pass and at the end (not the highest point) saw a couple of Tesla 3s charging. Apparently the highest altitude EV chargers in the world. Struck me as being a bit silly to put them there - far better at the bottom as the last place you want to charge is the top of a hill!

True however what’s the point charging up the mountain meaning you can’t recover as much downhill. Also I drove 59km before consumption went above 0.0 so for me a charger 50km before and after the mountain makes more sense.

Not sure what happened, but I got my best ever consumption on my drive to work this morning. I always get just under 40 kWh/100 miles. It’s only a 7 mile commute so not overly efficient (short journeys mean high consumption usually). But today I managed 29.7 which is my best ever and equates to a 275 mile range for short 7 miles trips with 22” wheels.
