But the I-Pace production is constrained by the worldwide battery production problem. JLR has a 50000 batteries contract with Samsung .
VW too signed a contract with Samsung which recently divided the VW quota by 50% !

Unless Jaguar sort the rapid charging problems out they are going to start to lose sales as there are a lot of disgruntled owners who bought the car on the promise of 100kW charging and very few have seen this achieved.

Well, JLR don't make many, so just shows how ICE sales have catastrophically slowed down, crippling JLR

How is the 100 kW situation in Scotland?

Is the problem "not able to deliver 100 kW when charging on a 100+ kW charger, and if it does, it drops fairly early - 0-80% in 40 mins is not happening" or "there's no 100 kW chargers here"?

And existing owners become sick and tired of waiting, getting rid of their I-Paces. That will harm the sale of new cars. And benefit Tesla and Audi Who are delievering.

There are none in Scotland yet. Construction has started on the Ionity at Gretna but no sign of a start date yet.

To be honest, they need to get the existing Scottish network working with I-Pace before we start worrying about faster speeds!

In fact Scotland is that important when Ionity announced they were building 2 in the UK 1 at Gretna and 1 at Maidstone
they built the second one at Milton Keynes first before they'd even broke ground at Gretna. Are CPS installing any rapids other than evolt anywhere?

There may be other reasons outside of Ionity’s control as to why Gretna was delayed. Grid connection, planning, who knows.

I believe CPS have a very few BP Chargemaster chargers as well but not many and I also read about an I-Pace struggling to charge on it!
