I can't believe it......but they have only carried out three elements. H123 and H228 which both relate to the regenerative breaking, and H221 which is the application of a sticker on the charging port.

No software updates at all, so still stuck on 18C. Is it possible to get this updated without going back to the dealer as I was there for over 4 hours today? OTA wasn't unable either despite me asking for it.

What a joke!

You can wait until SOTA is enabled globally. If you're on 18C you should be ready for it when it's ready.

The lack of software version being displayed is an indicator that your telematics have been updated to 16.2
This is expected behavior.
Yes I had the same after the update. Only ICTP version is displayed. Other vehicle software is blank.
So how do you know it’s 16.2?
Click on "update"
Then it fills in the version 16.2 info
Ex A3 e-tron (138mpg over 4 years)
Now in Black HSE (every tech option, no bling)
Awaiting PV, Powerwall, Zappi.
Looking forward to free motoring. (barring the cost of all the kit !)
Guilt free at least.

This is usually not the case for 16.2. It's just blank even after clicking the update button.

It's blank in my car too.
but if you check for an update, it will tell you that you're up to date (and quotes 16.2).
Then it goes back to being blank

Mine has just been collected after the recall. No changes to visible software versions. Still on 18D and 14.2.

Had a discussion with workshop manger re. SOTA - hilarious really how little they know about their product. I asked about SOTA being switched on for my car to get latest infotainment version.

Apparently.....

1. Infotainment update is to big to be pushed out;

2. Takes too long....

Believe me, it took all my diplomatic skills not to laugh in his face.

They didn’t have the infamous sticker in stock so I have to go back when the sticker is in ( oh and speak to the bloke who may know something about the ipace).....

My recall for the braking issue (H213) was performed along with H228 and H221.

When I got my car back my setting for Vehicle Creep mode would not save once the car had been powered down. So every day now I have to reset Vehicle Creep if I want to use it. I'm told that an over-the-air fix at the end of July will be available to correct this introduction of a bug!

I also got no paperwork from my dealer until I pushed for it to document which upgrades had been performed. I figured that as it had been recalled for a braking issue, I should at least have some proof that the recall fix had been carried out.

I wouldn’t worry too much about the sticker. Its incomprehensible.
I think I am reasonably intelligent :) :) but I have no idea what it means. :?: :?:

Well, you would think that if you don't understand it! ;D
Looks pretty clear to me, if the connector is locked, don't just rip it out, unlock on the fob and then remove it.
