Maybe it's just due to GOM reset.
When I took my car for 1st time, GOM was showing 460km. Never seen again in 1 year ...

Either way, I do like the positivity of the message as it could have been a “oh, but they say they have OTA updates, why do we have to put up with the hassle, what an inconvenience, etc.”.

I picked mine up from the dealers a couple of weeks ago after receiving a 'parcel of updated software' (amongst other things) with 255 miles showing on the GOM.

It's now back to a realistic 210 - 220.

Just a reset unfortunately.

You must drive more economically than I do, emgf (not difficult ;) ).

Do you actually get 260 miles range though?

After the recent 19Bv2 update and a GOM reset mine has gone from a usual 218 @ 100% to 266 @100%. When I got it in August it was 271 @ 100%.
The last few days driving, around 5C, city driving, not overly efficient, the miles consumed are slightly more than the miles driven, but not excessively so. It feels like a realistic 245 to 250 miles, which is decent for the conditions.
Will keep an eye on it over the next week and have a more realistic asssesment.
I'm not suggesting the software update had anything to do with it, but perhaps the GOM asseses downwards, but not back up again.

The GOM on mine has definitely varied upwards and downwards over the course of this year, from just over 200 miles on a full charge in February, up to 245 in the summer and now back to 210-220.

You have to remember it is only a computer algorithm based on recent consumption (the last 500 miles I think has been mentioned). It can be considerably optimistic or pessimistic depending on each journey's specifics.

Only today I left with 215 miles predicted, travelled 144 miles and had 20% charge left suggesting an actual maximum range of only 180 miles. So it was 20% ambitious. Probably mostly down to the grim weather conditions.

Unfortunately not in real life it is more like 220 in this season

220 miles in winter driving is good for the I-Pace.
