BP Pulse free annual subscription

Just bought my MY2021 iPace as part of the current Used iPace offer which includes a free 12 month subscription to BP Pulse. It's normally £7.85 per month I believe so a saving of £90 odd. Problem is I cannot seem to register the "discount" when I try to upgrade my subscription (I already have a BP Pulse account). According to BP's support centre I just need to insert my VIN as the discount code which doesn't work. Anyone out there used this offer and been successful in registering it?

I know BP Pulse doesn't have a great reputation amongst EV owners but they have a bank of eight in my local town which I could use from time to time.

Did mine a few weeks ago and worked from the VIN number used for the discount code, can't exactly remember what I did but I was quite surprised it actually worked.
Id give BP Pulse a call.. I got free charging at one of the hospital carparks whilst waiting for my Dad which said use a card - only one I had in the car was BP and as I'd never used it I though hey might just try it and got an hour free, made my day anyway as it did make the difference getting home later without any range issues..!

Was it a BP Pulse charger that you plugged your car into?

Yeah I guess it must have been a BP charger or like you say they're in the process of taking over another network - they're big enough and rich enough lol :D

Just a heads up folks had an email to say BP Pulse will now be debiting my bank for the membership fee. Rang their CS and politely asked if I still have free membership as I bought my 2nd Used Approved iPace in Feb of this year, original car was Aug last year.
In Short was told JLR didnt renew their deal, not interested in looking to see what I could have had in Feb and only I can cancel in the APP and also cancel my direct debit which is due to come out in 3 days time.

Cancelled my direct debit but wasted a load of time looking in different accounts as the DDM is set up with GOCARDLESS not BP Pulse so look for that one.

Also when I click cancel membership in the app it just goes back to the start again
Account now showing membership ends in Sept.

I asked nicely if she could cancel make notes and not charge me for not using it and she said this was not in her control to which I politely stopped waisting my time and said goodbye to BP for ever.

Ive only had 1 BP charger work in 12 months, worked well but others were dire not something im going to miss, Sorry if this turned into a rant, just my long winded heads up, best regards
