I need some help with this as the test charge keeps failing. I’m all signed into my Jaguar account via ocotpus and put in my pin etc and it knows what the car is. I’ve turned off all the timers on my smart charger and I believe the car has all of its timers turned off as well. The charger is not on boost so awaiting a signal to intelligent charge (it’s a SmartPro charger).
when I come to do the test charge the 7mins runs and theocotpus app says nothing as though I didn’t even run a test charge. Repeat this 5x and checking menus in pivipro etc to see if any timers are set but it seems to be set to instant charge. Tried it with car unlock, locked, doors open, doors shut etc. any help much appreciated.
