Wireless CarPlay - Pivi Pro

Hi All!
New to the forums and new owner for myself of a MY21 Jaguar iPace and a new MY22 Jaguar iPace for my dad.
Both vehicles have arrived and we are up to date on OS 3.3.1 but neither of us can get our wireless CarPlay to work.

I’ve watched a few videos on YouTube on trying to get it to work, and cannot seem to get it fixed. I am not sure if I am missing anything.
Has anyone had any experience in getting it to work or any troubleshooting that we may be able to try?
Look forward to getting some help on this!

Okay so we are both updated now to OS3.3.1 and when we connect via Bluetooth to the vehicle it doesn’t give the option to go to wireless apple carplay, we are both using iOS. When we connect via a cable it works perfectly fine. We also have Wi-Fi enabled on our phones. Is there any other trouble shooting I can try?

do we need to be logged into InControl?

If installing Carplay after an upgrade to Pivi Pro 3 then you go through the complete process top to bottom

still nothing. No idea what else to try… I’ve tested our phones on other wireless CarPlay vehicles and it works fine.

when I follow that above process I get everything done except the last query to enable wireless CarPlay
