Mine updated ok - except that I seem to have lost CarPlay. Is on the Home Screen but doesn’t work. I scrapped the phone pairing and then re-paired, but still no joy. All the other apps like Alexa, Spotify etc all work ok.

only just done it this evening so I’ll take a closer look this week - maybe I’ll reset Pivi and see if that works.

Haven’t driven the since update so can’t comment there. GOM seems to be unaffected.

The software has downloaded but every time I try to update it errors. I get an error message saying failed to install due to insufficient charge in battery and to drive the car to charge it. I've charged it to full charge and taken it in a long drive and still wont install.
I had the same message. I put the car on a 12V trickle charger overnight and drove to work the next morning. When I finished work, the update was all done.
I guess this update is critical because of the battery issue and hence sufficient battery charge is critical so that the battery doesn't run out half way through the update.

The odds of that should be pretty low on a functional EV

Mines failed four times and now disappeared, 3.3.3 is still the current version and the car states it’s up to date? Dealer trip?

Yes, apparently I now have 101psi 😩. I havent reset Pivi yet but I’ll give that a go….
All is now well: Tyre pressures may not be displayed after the following actions:
  • Disconnection of the vehicle's battery.
  • Repairs to the TPMS system.
  • Software updates.
The tyre pressures are displayed after the vehicle is driven at 25 km/h (16 mph) for 5 to 10 minutes.

I went straight from 3.3.2 to 4.0.0, I guess they’ve pulled 3.3.3.
Thanks for your feedback. As a matter of fact I thought that was one possibility but it's still unclear to me if anybody has got 4.0.0 update outside UK. As it's possbilbe I'll be using the car for a long trip across Europe this summer (still working on this to convice my wife ;) ) and I would like not to have the updated delivered 2000km away from home if possbile ...

Is there anybody living outside of UK that already got 4.0.0 update ?
In theory I'm still waiting for 3.3.3 here in Italy .....
Usually I get SW updates here in Switzerland within some two weeks after first announcements appear in forums etc. Not so with 4.0 yet, still on 3.3.3

Got the same problem. CarPlay will not start even if I remove the pairing and re-pair.

I'm saddled with the same problem following update to 4.0.0. Even if I remove the pairing from Pivi Pro and the iPhone and then re-pair. Pretty shoddy work by Jaguar

As Considered1 mentioned as the update potentially affects the charging systems then whilst charging our even with charging scheduled could this be something for you electric beagle. Charge door open or other seemingly minor criteria?

My update installed first go, google maps does not display in the drivers display properly, I tried deleting my phone and reinstalling but no change. Anyone else seen this problem?
