Has anyone had this yet or is everyone still on 3.3.3?
The software has downloaded but every time I try to update it errors. I get an error message saying failed to install due to insufficient charge in battery and to drive the car to charge it. I've charged it to full charge and taken it in a long drive and still wont install.Has anyone had this yet or is everyone still on 3.3.3?
Thanks for the tip. I'm going to charge it up then schedule an install overnightWell I don't know how or why it happened but installing the downloaded software by scheduling it in the future worked, it was after a full recharge as well.
It won't update if plugged in even if fully charged I found previouslyThanks for the tip. I'm going to charge it up then schedule an install overnight
I had the same message. I put the car on a 12V trickle charger overnight and drove to work the next morning. When I finished work, the update was all done. The software has downloaded but every time I try to update it errors. It os the 12V battery charge it is referring to. Hence the instruction to run the car to charge the 12V battery. It won't update if plugged in even if fully charged I found previously
The odds of that should be pretty low on a functional EVI had the same message. I put the car on a 12V trickle charger overnight and drove to work the next morning. When I finished work, the update was all done.
I guess this update is critical because of the battery issue and hence sufficient battery charge is critical so that the battery doesn't run out half way through the update.
My CarPlay didn’t work the first time I used it after update. Worked fine the second. I have noticed a bit of slowdown getting everything running when the car starts sometimes.Mine updated ok - except that I seem to have lost CarPlay. Is on the Home Screen but doesn’t work.
Yes, apparently I now have 101psi 😩. I havent reset Pivi yet but I’ll give that a go….Tyre pressure indicators have failed following the installation of the Pivi Pro 4.0 update. Any others with this issue?
All is now well: Tyre pressures may not be displayed after the following actions:Yes, apparently I now have 101psi 😩. I havent reset Pivi yet but I’ll give that a go….

I went straight from 3.3.2 to 4.0.0, I guess they’ve pulled 3.3.3.Is there anybody living outside of UK that already got 4.0.0 update ?
In theory I'm still waiting for 3.3.3 here in Italy .....
Thanks for your feedback. As a matter of fact I thought that was one possibility but it's still unclear to me if anybody has got 4.0.0 update outside UK. As it's possbilbe I'll be using the car for a long trip across Europe this summer (still working on this to convice my wifeI went straight from 3.3.2 to 4.0.0, I guess they’ve pulled 3.3.3.
Usually I get SW updates here in Switzerland within some two weeks after first announcements appear in forums etc. Not so with 4.0 yet, still on 3.3.3Is there anybody living outside of UK that already got 4.0.0 update ?

Got the same problem. CarPlay will not start even if I remove the pairing and re-pair.Mine updated ok - except that I seem to have lost CarPlay. Is on the Home Screen but doesn’t work. I scrapped the phone pairing and then re-paired, but still no joy. All the other apps like Alexa, Spotify etc all work ok.
only just done it this evening so I’ll take a closer look this week - maybe I’ll reset Pivi and see if that works.
Haven’t driven the since update so can’t comment there. GOM seems to be unaffected.
I'm saddled with the same problem following update to 4.0.0. Even if I remove the pairing from Pivi Pro and the iPhone and then re-pair.
